SciGirls 2 Day 4 - Tree to Tree

Today was an adventure! SciGirls 2 went to the Tallahassee Museum to conquer the Canopy Crossing Tree to Tree Adventure. The girls challenged themselves while learning about forces and motion up in the trees!  It was very intimidating, but the girls faced their fears and had fun doing it! They realized that with determination, they could do anything, even zip line from 20 feet in the air!
After a picnic style lunch, the girls explored the wildlife throughout the museum. They learned about reptiles, such as snakes and alligators. They watched a bear cool down in his habitat. They were able to spot the elusive grey fox sleeping in a tree, as well as a bobcat up in a tree. To top it all off, we explored the farming exhibits and talked to the sheep, goats, pigs, and the cow!

The girls had an exhausting, but exuberating day!
