Today we blasted off with Water Rocket testing. The big announcement for the winner will be made tomorrow. (Thanks again to Jackie and Alexis from DEP for their help.) A really cool experience was viewing "Smurf" blood with Amy McKenna, a chemist at the Maglab. Basic computer programming was also on the agenda today with Stephanie Wyche via Skype, a Computer Science intern at the University of Florida. Our last activity of the day was to shoot over to FSU's Physics building where we were greeted by young ladies who are currently a part of the Women in Math, Science, and Engineering Program who engaged the campers in three different hands-on experiences. Wow did Wednesday whip by! Our amateur Veterinary skills will be on showcase when we visit the animal service center tomorrow. Sci Girls Rule!
