Move over Selena Gomez because we have the next rising star right here in Tallahassee. A great big thanks goes out to Mike Dunn and Kim Kelling-Engstrom who greeted us this morning as the Sci Girls visited WFSU and created both a newscast and podcast that will be aired on the local WFSU radio and television stations. The girls were in charge of everything from creating interview questions, running the teleprompter, and tweaking the sound board to even operating the cameras. If you were looking for a Sci Girl this afternoon, she could be found participating in a cool engineering activity entitled "Barging Along" that was facilitated by Audra Hayden (EGS) and Ashley Anderson, G.G. Gonzalez, and Sarah Caponigro (all from Atkins). It is hard to believe that there are only two days left. Put on your hiking shoes, because tomorrow we drop into Leon Sinks!
