Wow, what an amazing day! Your SciGirls should be super tired this evening :) The girls started the day completing the 'Soaring Cypress' Tree-to-Tree zipline tour at the Tallahassee Museum. The girls completed many obstacle challenges AND ten ziplines total. We even ziplined over animals and parts of Lake Bradford. The SciGirls teachers were hoping girls made mental notes of the labeled trees on our 'Soaring Cypress' tour, so they could check them off their wildlife checklist. From start of the safety portion till the very end we completed the course in just under four hours. After our tree-to-tree adventure, we reenergized with lunch, sang happy birthday to Grace, and ate some delicious cookies (thank you Mrs. Kelly!). We finished up our day exploring the animal portion of the museum. Some on the girls in Ms. Maley's group were communicating with geese. This group of SciGirls has been fabulous and we look forward to even more excitement tomorrow at the Novey Animal Hospital and playing with the spheros balls at the Magnet Lab!
